The privilege of being a friend...Avery Elle challenge

Hi, everybody!

I am trying my luck in yet another challenge....baby steps but for now good enough for me...Tina, I promise to do more challenges :) I will, my friend you are an inspiration....

The card I have created is simply called The Privilege of Being a Friend, it is written on the card and is dedicated to several ladies I met in this little crafty world. I am lucky to know them virtually and to exchange experiences with them, to be advised by them and to be happy for them when they win a lot of challenges...

So let's start, the challenge I am trying today is for Avery Elle #28 Non-White Card base and DT made several great examples which made me want to try my luck :)



I used:

• Avery Elle Ellie clear stamp which I received as a gift from a lovely lady Stephanie, you can check the stamp on http://www.averyelle.com/ellie-clear-stamps/


• Base for the card is a color card bought in our local supermarket (coloured A4 80g paper in several sheet packs for a great price)


• Stamperia Full Colors scrapbooking 15cmx15cm 170g Acid Free


• Wink of Stella for star and heart ballons


• Graph'it markers for coloring Little Ellie elephant (basic colors set)

My very first challenge post and it is about owls!

Well there comes a time in every crafter's life to publish something on some professional blog...and to play a challenge....I have always admired other crafty friends' publishments and my good friend Kristina (whose blog I have to present in special way, cause she is one of the amazing crafty friends I have)  wins these things all the time.

This is my first challenge and I don't expect to win, I saw the entries and boy oh boy the girls are amazing....But I wish to break the ice and to try, so my first try is free digi stamp from Paper Smooches http://www.papersmoochesstamps.com/, they have great stamps and hopefully will get money to buy something from them very, very soon....and they have wonderful challenges on http://papersmoochessparks.blogspot.hr/ , so come join the fun with me....





This is my card for this challenge, I used my coloured cards bought in a local shopping centre, my Graph'it markers to color the owls and orange ribbon and sequins also bought from our local craft store...Was inspired by the weather we have had so far...A bit of chill in the morning, a true sign of Fall approaching...

Hello world!

This is my very first post. I am a bit terrified to start writing a blog and showing my amateur cards,  but am also encouraged by my dear friend and my husband to do this, so I will. This is the place where I will share my big passion, card making and also bits and pieces of this ordinary, yet amazing thing called life...
